Our timing system includes powerful software that not only read the timing chips, it provides complete race management and reporting capabilities. Final results are provided promptly to the race director and posted to our website.

Tortoise and Hare is a Hy-Tek Authorized Independent Timing Contractor. We use FinishLynx software and hardware as well Hy-Tek Meet Manager software to provide accurate results for your Track and Field event. We provide online registration via Athletic.net. Results are posted promptly to Athletic.net and our website.

Tortoise and Hare provides timing services to all kinds of events: road races from 1K to the marathon, triathlons, high school and middle school track and field, high school and middle school cross country, nordic skiing, cycling. Even if your type of event is not listed, contact us; we’re always up for new challenges!

Tortoise and Hare is a full-service race management team. In addition to race timing we can provide: online race registration - including the ability for your group or organization to accept donations, finish line arch and finish chute, Timing clock, LIVE results, split timing, results kiosk, PA and music options, course logistics, event posting on our website, race day registration, results provided onsite to the race director and posted to our website, race clock rental.
